About Ryan & Bridget Fowers

Our Story…

Ryan and I met November 2001 in Snowbasin’s “Old Lodge”.  Ryan had recently returned from his mission in Chicago, and I had been recruited by Pete Miller to be a snowboard instructor at Snowbasin.  The Olympic Games were coming to Utah and provided some great venues for many of our first dates. 

Four years and countless dates later Ryan and I were married in the Bountiful Temple May 21st, 2005. We moved to South Weber where we lived as Ryan completed his degree, and I followed suite a year later.  Once graduated we purchased a home in Washington Terrace, and started our family by adopting a beautiful golden retriever, Basin (of course named after Snowbasin!).

Currently Ryan works for Riverdale City as their Recreation Director and has been accepted into Weber States Master Program for Athletic Training and will begin this Fall! I work for National Fitness Financial as their National Sales Manager.

Our Favorite Activities…

Snowboarding, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Camping, Soccer, Basketball (Ryan only…), Guitar, Reading, Playing with our nieces and nephew, Traveling, Running… I think you get the idea, we really are not ones for staying indoors!

Favorate Vacations…

Havasupai Indian Reservation, Yellowstone, Hawaii, Disney Land (there is just something about that place!) But we may change our minds…its a big world out there and we plan on seeing all of it!

Favorite Restaurants…

Taggarts, Bajio, Rumbi, Braza Grill, and Burger Bar!
